What is Express Store Pick Up?

Express Store Pick Up is a self-pick up service offered absolutely free of cost.
You can shop online and collect your order from the nearest or
preferred Shoppers Stop store as per your convenience.

1. Find Your Products Online

Browse through our collection on shoppersstop.com to shop for your favourite products and add them to your shopping bag.

2. Check Availability

Once you add your products to the shopping bag, you can see whether it is available at your nearest or preferred store.

3. Select Your Store

Choose Express Pick Up option as your delivery method and select your preferred store for Express Store Pick Up.

4. Proceed to Payment

Make your payment online to complete your purchase and place the order.

5. Pick Up Your Order

Once your order is ready for pick up , we will inform you by email and sms. You can collect your order from the store with a valid photo identity proof.

Express Store Pick Up is a new and convenient way of shopping with us. Now you get the flexibility of ordering online from anywhere and anytime and the convenience of being able to pick up your order from nearest Shoppers stop of your choice. The best part is, the service is absolutely FREE. Last but not the least, it is amazingly fast and you can get hold of your order same or next day for selected orders.
  • 1. Choose your favourite products and check whether they are eligible for Express Store Pick Up and available at your nearest / preferred Shopper Stop store by providing pin code.
  • 2. On cart page, you can see availability of all your cart items at your nearest / preferred store in your shopping bag. Proceed to checkout.
  • 3. Choose Express Store Pick Up as a delivery option. Select your nearest preferred store and provide contact and billing details. Proceed to Payment.
  • 4. Make your payment online.
  • 5. You will receive a confirmation email on successful order placement. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS when your items are ready for pickup.
  • 6. Pick your order from store at your convenience.
You can check eligibility of a product in Delivery and Store pick up section on Product detail page.
To check availability of product in nearest store, please provide size (if applicable) and pin code. The stores having availability at your entered location will be displayed ‘
There are no additional charges for this service, on the contrary, it is absolutely free.
We will notify you via sms and e-mail once your products are ready for pick up.
Currently this facility is available only for pre-paid orders. You can pay using Debit card, Credit Card, Net banking, e-Wallets, Shoppers Stop Gift Card, e-Voucher, First Citizen points and SS Wallet.
If you have changed your mind after making the purchase, simply contact our customer care and they will cancel the order for you.
Yes, product purchased through Express Pick from Store option can be returned or exchanged in stores only. A credit note (valid for 6 months) shall be issued which can be used for a purchase at any Shoppers Stop store. Exchange/Return of the items purchased from Shoppers Stop, shall be allowed within 14 days from the date of pick up, provided the merchandise is in its original and saleable condition with original invoice.
No, at the moment this service is available only on the website. This feature will be available to our app users shortly.
Yes. You can choose the name of person at the time of placing the order. Please choose ‘Pick up by someone else’ option and fill in required details of the person (name and mobile number) who will be collecting the order.
Yes they can. However the person collecting your order needs to have a valid OTP sent by shoppersstop.com on the registered mobile number submitted while the order was placed and a valid ID proof of the person collecting it.
We will hold your order up to 7 days from the date of pickup confirmation of your order. After 7 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment.
Yes you may choose to try the product/s in store before final billing. After invoice is generated, and you are not happy with the purchase, you can return or exchange the product(s) at store.
Once you have selected a store and paid for your order, it cannot be modified. You will need to cancel and place a fresh order with your preferred store.
You have the option to choose between Delivery and Express Store pick up at the time of placing the order. After placing the order, you will not be able to change the delivery method.
There is no max limit to be eligible for this service. You can choose any number of products as long as they are available in the same store. However you can choose a max of one quantity for a product in an order. For multiple quantities of the same product, separate orders will have to be placed.
The products that were not available for pickup will be automatically moved to your wish list. You can choose another store or opt for delivery for your remaining items in a separate order.
