Terms & Conditions for Express Pick Up from Store
- Customers making purchases either from Shoppers Stop Limited’s (Shoppers Stop) www.shoppersstop.com or through Shoppers Stop’s mobile application, may opt for ‘express delivery’ facility (the facility), if available during ‘add to cart’ option.
- The facility shall be available only on select merchandise and for limited pin codes, as updated by Shoppers Stop from time to time.
- Upon selecting the facility, and making the payment for merchandise added to the cart, the Customer shall have to visit the nearest listed Shoppers Stop store (store) to collect the purchased merchandise within 7 working days of placing the order.
- The facility is available only on prepaid payment options, which are made available to the Customers on www.shoppersstop.com or on Shoppers Stop’s mobile application. On choosing to avail the facility, the Customers cannot opt for ‘cash on delivery’ mode of payment.
- If the Customer is not interested in the merchandise after making the purchase and/ or after the trial at the store the order can be cancelled by simply contacting Shopper Stop’s customer care number.
- In case, we’re unable to arrange for the merchandise after the purchase is made, refund for the amount paid will be initiated as per the original mode of payment.
- By availing the facility, the customers deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions stated in here.
- Return of any merchandise can be processed by the Customer only after 24 hours of the merchandise being picked up from the store.
- Merchandise purchased through the facility can be returned or exchanged only at the stores, from where the merchandise was collected by the Customer. In exchange of the merchandise, the customer shall be provided with a credit note, which shall be valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue and which can only be used for purchases at any Shoppers Stop store.
- Return or exchange shall not be acceptable for Shoppers Stop’s Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Undergarments, Altered Garments, Furniture, First Citizen Card, Dry Fruits for hygiene and other reasons.
- All other terms and conditions as stated on www.shoppersstop.com and Shoppers Stop’s mobile application shall be applicable to the purchases made using the facility.
- Shoppers Stop reserves the right at any time, to replace, wholly or in part, this facility by another facility, whether similar to this facility or not, or to withdraw the facility altogether.
- Shoppers Stop reserves their right to add, alter, modify, change or vary, extend or terminate any of the terms and conditions as stated herein at any point of time without prior notice and without assigning any reason or giving any intimation whatsoever.
- Any disputes arising due to customers using the facility shall be resolved as per the Indian Laws and shall be subject to courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai.
