Terms & Conditions of the First Citizen Bonus Points Offer Apr-May 2021

• This offer is valid in India during the offer period and is open to all existing Shoppers Stop Limited's (SSL) First Citizen members availing the offer (members) by purchasing the merchandise (billed by Shoppers Stop Ltd.) as stated in the offer from the stores of SSL called Shoppers Stop (including Airport Stores), HomeStop, Arcelia, M.A.C, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Smashbox & Jo Malone located all across India. Offer is also valid at www.shoppersstop.com & Shoppers Stop mobile app for billing which is completed within the offer period (stores).
• This offer is open only to all First Citizens who are Indian Citizens residing in India (Members). This offer is valid from 16/04/2021 to 16/05/2021 (both days inclusive) (offer period).
• Members availing the offer as stated herein (offer), during the offer period are eligible for Bonus Reward Points on achieving the net purchase amount or multiples thereof from the stores of SSL as under:-

• Net purchase is defined as purchases made through cash, debit card, credit card, Paytm wallet, Freecharge wallet, ToneTag wallet, Atom wallet, Bajaj Fin EMI or any other valid tender which Shoppers Stop may notify.
• Bonus Reward Points redemption will be valid from 18th May to 15th Jun, 2021 only.
• The Bonus Reward Points cannot be claimed for purchases of mobile phones, mobile accessories, laptops, laptop accessories, MP3/MP4 players, iPods, pure gold jewelry, Gold & Platinum Coins/Bars, Apple products, cameras, shopping bags, First Citizen Membership, Ethos Watches and certain other categories at stores. Details are available at the First Citizen Desk at stores of SSL.
• The Bonus Reward Points cannot be redeemed against purchases of GV/GC/ EGV of SSL, mobile phones, mobile accessories, laptops, laptop accessories, MP3/MP4 players, iPods, pure gold jewelry, Gold & Platinum Coins/Bars, Apple products, cameras, shopping bag, Ethos Watches and certain other categories at stores. Details are available at the First Citizen Desk at stores of SSL.
• The Bonus Reward Points cannot be transferred, substituted for cash or other articles and cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Any issues relating to the transactions of the offer will have to be supported by the original cash memo(s).
• Beyond the stated Bonus Reward Points, SSL shall not be responsible for any liability whatsoever under this offer.
• Member must redeem the Bonus Reward Points on or before 15th Jun, 2021. No claims for redemption of Bonus Reward Points shall be entertained after 15th Jun, 2021 and the Bonus Reward Points shall be deemed to have lapsed automatically.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person/customer.
• All other expenses, if any, including all taxes as may be applicable under the Indian Laws and all local levies is to be borne by the Customers participating in the offer.
• The Member will not hold SSL responsible for and/or liable for any actions, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, charges and expenses which a participant may suffer, sustain or incur by way of this Offer.
• Shoppers Stop Ltd. reserves the right to alter/withdraw the Offer at any point of time without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
• Standard terms and conditions pertaining to SSL Offer, First Citizen Reward Program & Reward Points redemption will apply.
• Any dispute arising out of this Scheme will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
