Terms & Conditions

• This Offer is open to all Indian citizens, resident of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, who are 18 years of age and above and who purchase any Lakme product/(s). The product can be purchased from the Participating Stores in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai or from www.shoppersstop.com website or Shopper’s Stop Mobile App (hereinafter “Offer SKUs”) Offer is valid for purchase made from shops located in Andheri, Bandra, Malad, Vashi, Viviana Mall Thane & Ghatkopar (“Participating Stores”). This offer is not valid in any other city/state. The terms of the Offer are as per discretion of the Shoppers Stop hereinafter referred to as Company.
• Employees of the Company and their family members/relatives as well as their agencies and its employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.
• Winner stands to win Lakme Fashion Week pass as prizes. Only 5 Prizes can be won. Prizes are sponsored by Hindustan Unilever Limited. (“HUL”)
• Offer is applicable on the purchase by a consumer (“Participant”) of Offer SKUs above under a valid purchase Bill (“Eligible Bill”) during the period for which the Offer is valid, from any of the Participating Stores. The Eligible Bill shall need to be retained by the Participant as proof for later use. There is no maximum purchase amount required. Offer valid on purchase of ANY LAKME PRODUCT.
• Offer is valid between 14th January 2019 to 20th January 2019 only (Offer Period). HUL can curtail or extend this Offer Period as they deem fit and necessary.
• Purchases made before or after the Offer Period are not eligible and shall not be considered for the purposes of this Offer.
• Only FIVE Innovation entries stand a chance to win the Prize.
• Participants need to follow the following contest steps to participate:
1. Purchase Lakme product under valid purchase bill
2. Post a selfie with the Lakme product on social media (Instagram OR Facebook)
3. In the post, tag both Lakme India, Lakme Fashion Week & Shopper’s Stop India using the following hashtag - #LFWContestWithSS
• The shopper with the most innovative post will be selected as a winner by Shopper’s Stop.
• The winner will get ONE pass to attend ONE of the shows (pre-decided) at Lakme Fashion Week in January 2019.
• Winner shall claim and collect their Offer prize on the same day of the Lakme Fashion Week show by approaching the LAKME COUNTER at the Lakme Fashion Week venue. Entry as well as winner selection will be subject to submission of original Eligible Bill, along with government authorized photo identity proof document as acceptable to Company, otherwise the prize shall stand forfeited. In the event of failure on the part of Winner to claim and collect the prize, neither Company nor HUL shall not be held responsible.
• Benefits under the Offer is neither transferable, nor can be encashed for money and can’t be clubbed with any other offer.
• Participation in Offer is voluntary. Participants are requested to be accustomed, aware, satisfied and agreeable to these terms and conditions of the Offer before participating in or making any purchase in relation to this Offer
• Company reserves its right to disqualify any Participant /Winner if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Participant /Winner has breached any of the terms and conditions of this Offer, whether express or implied. Company reserves its right to cancel or amend the terms of this offer without assigning any reason.
• By participating in this contest, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and waive their right to claim any ambiguity.
• Decision of Company shall be final and binding on all participants/winners. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
