Shop and Win Terms and Conditions

1. Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
2. In order to participate in the Promotional Scheme, the customer is required to make net purchase from the shoppersstop.com website/app, Shoppers Stop Stores, Estee Lauder group stores or Home Stop stores of not less than Rs. 5,000/-  in a single invoice.
3.  Only First Citizen members are eligible to participate and the offer is eligible from 8th December to 14th of December 2022
4.  There will be lucky draw conducted which is open to all members who have fulfilled the terms of the contest. Eligible Winners would be announced  announced between after 15th of  December 2022. The details will be communicated to the respective winners at their registered First Citizen Club mobile numbers
5. The decision of SSL shall be final and binding in this regard..
6. Orders / Bills which are cancelled, returned and refund initiated will not be eligible for promotional scheme.
7. In case of Eligible Winners announced not adhering to the TnC mentioned, the prize would go to the next eligible winner
8. No two offers can be clubbed.
9. Net purchase is defined as purchases made through cash, debit card, credit card, Paytm wallet, ToneTag wallet, Atom wallet, Bajaj Fin EMI or any other valid tender which Shoppers Stop may notify.
10. The prizes under the Promotional Scheme are as follows:
11. Signed Cricket bats, Gift Vouchers worth Rs 1000, Wadrobe makeover worth Rs 10000, Beauty, Home, Exclusive brands, Online only vouchers worth Rs 500
12.  The Prizes must be claimed by the winners within such days as intimated by SSL to such winners, failing which the prizes shall be given away to another back up winner.
13. SSL shall make 3 attempts to reach each of the winner. In case the winner is not traceable or not reachable for any reason whatsoever than in such event the same prize shall be issued to another back up winner.
14. Prizes once claimed cannot be transferred. These cannot be substituted for cash or other articles.
15. Purchases through use of discount coupons, point certificates and credit notes do not make one eligible to participate in Shop and Win
16. SSL reserves its right to provide the unclaimed prize to back up winners at the sole discretion of SSL. If the winner fails to claim prizes then the backup winner(s) shall be eligible for the prizes who shall be intimated by SSL.
17. Prizes are subject to the laws of India.
18. Quality/Service of the prizes will be on As-is-basis. SSL does not give any guarantee or take any responsibility and / or liability for the prizes and in event of any query or complaint pertaining to the prizes, it should be taken up directly with the manufacturer of the products. SSL does not undertake any liability and/or responsibility for the same.
19. The registration, insurance, other applicable levies and all other incidental expenses, costs and charges arising out of the prizes or in connection therewith, if any under this Promotional Scheme are to be borne by the respective winners and paid by the winners before claiming the prize(s). SSL shall not be held liable and/or responsible for the same.
20. SSL is not liable and/or responsible for any of the prizes as mentioned in this Promotional Scheme and the same are subject to change without any prior intimation.
21. While claiming the prize, the winner must share his mobile number, Email id, full name and valid proof of identity and original invoice relevant to the qualifying purchase(s) for the entry into the Promotional Scheme. The winner will be deemed to accept the prize only upon the completion of the formalities.
22. Participants and / or the winner will not hold SSL responsible and/ or liable for any actions, claims, demands, damages defects, deficiency, losses, costs, charges and expenses which a participant and / or winner may suffer, sustain or incur by way of the Promotional Scheme or connected with the prizes, gifts or their collection, use, operation and / or application.
23. All winners will be notified over the registered phone number and Email id provided by the winner.
24. Upon being intimated the winners must complete and execute all the necessary documentation, indemnity formalities, liability agreement and writings as required by SSL which will be informed to the winner at the time the prize is being offered.
25. In the event on non-happening of the Promotional Scheme for reasons beyond anybody’s control or due to the Act of God, pandemic, government restrictions then neither SSL, nor its Directors, Managers, staff, employees, agents, sponsors nor their agents, successors or assigns shall be liable to all or any of the customers and / or participants and / or the winners and/ or any other person associated with this Promotional Scheme.
26. SSL reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms & conditions or to replace wholly or in part this Promotional Scheme by another scheme whether similar to this Promotional Scheme or not or to withdraw this Promotional Scheme including the prize(s) altogether without any notice.
27. Any dispute arising from the above Promotional Scheme or prize(s) offered herein is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
