1. Customer shopping for Rs.5000 in a single bill at any SSL store or shoppersstop.com will be applicable for a voucher of Rs.2500 from EMT & will be eligible to enter the lucky draw to win a Holiday package to Ladakh, Kashmir, Goa or more
2. Shopping dates to be between 1st April 2024 to 30th April 2024
3. Unique code will be sent to the customers mobile number in a span of 48 hours via SMS/WhatsApp/ Email
4. This unique code will be for Rs.2500 offer by EaseMyTrip
5. EMT voucher code will be valid on bookings made till 30th Sept 2024
6. Once code is received, customers to use link Shoppers Stop Offer | Enjoy Up to INR 2500 OFF* (easemytrip.com) for further process
7. Lucky draw winners will be chosen post 2nd May 2024 and winners will be announced after due diligence

Terms & Conditions

• 1. The “Promotional scheme” refers to “Shoppers Stop “Vacation Ready- EaseMyTrip offer” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotional Scheme”). The Promotional Scheme is valid only at the retail stores under the name “Shoppers Stop” of Shoppers Stop Ltd. (SSL) and is open only to Indian citizens residing in India.

• 2. Lucky draw offer applicable only for customer outside Tamil Nadu region.

• 3. 3 Lac vouchers of value Rs.2500 will be issued to customers ( members plus non members) on a minimum shopping of Rs.5000 in a single bill between 1st April to 30th April 2024

• 4. 100 Lucky draw coupon will be issued to customers under the promotional scheme for every net purchase of more than Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) and in multiples thereof that is tendered in a single day through single or multiple cash memos on purchase from the said store. For part of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand Only) no coupon will be tendered. Purchase of SSL Gift Vouchers (GV)/ Gift Card (GC)/ Electronic Gift Vouchers (E-GVs) does not make one eligible to participate in the promotional scheme but purchases through redemption of SSL GVs, GCs, EGVs / partner GVs / credit notes does make one eligible to participate in the promotional scheme.

• 5. The promotional scheme is valid for shopping done between 1st April 2024 to 30th April 2024(both days inclusive). (Hereinafter referred to as the “promotional scheme period”). At the end of the promotional scheme period, there will be lucky draw conducted at the said store which is open to all customers who have participated in the Promotional Scheme. The lucky draw shall be held at the said store and the winner of the lucky draw will be notified accordingly. Only coupons complete in every respect will be considered valid and all promotional scheme coupons received will remain the property of SSL. The decision of SSL shall be final and binding in this regard.

The prizes under the promotional scheme are as follows: The Lucky draw winner selected will get a gift.

The Lucky draw Voucher must be claimed by the winners from SSL within 30 days from the date of announcement of the winner from any of the said store or the voucher will be given to the next lucky draw winner selected.

• 6. Prizes cannot be transferred. These cannot be substituted for cash or other articles.

• 7. Purchases through use of discount coupons, point certificates and credit notes do not make one eligible to participate in the promotional scheme. A customer is eligible to participate in the promotional scheme on redemption of gift vouchers, but not on purchase of the same.

• 8. SSL reserves its right to provide the unclaimed prize to back up winners at the sole discretion of SSL. If the winner fails to claim prizes then the backup winner(s) shall be eligible for the prizes, whose name shall be displayed at the said stores after the lapse of 30 (thirty) days from the date of announcement of winners.

• 9. Prizes are subject to the laws of India and applicable taxes, as may be applicable to the winners. All taxes including GST as may be applicable, under the Indian Taxation laws, etc. which shall be borne by the winners before claiming their respective prizes.

• 10. SSL does not give any guarantee or take any responsibility and / or liability for the same and in event of any query or complaint pertaining to the prizes, it should be taken up directly with EaseMyTrip . SSL does not undertake any liability and/or responsibility for the same.

• 11. Winners shall be solely responsible for any and all costs. SSL is not liable and/or responsible for product given as the Prize by EaseMyTrip as mentioned in this Promotional Scheme and any complaints, query, issues relating to the same are to be taken up directly with Ease My Trip

• 12. EaseMyTrip shall be solely responsible to inform the winners regarding all the inclusions, exclusions and other criteria relating to product provided.

• 13. Any taxes, other applicable levies and all other incidental expenses, costs and charges on the prizes, if any under this promotional scheme are to be borne by the respective winners and paid by the winners before claiming the prize(s).

• 14. Employees and family members of SSL are not eligible to participate in the promotional scheme.

• 15. While claiming the prize, the winner must surrender the counter part of the original coupon with the matching coupon number, written and valid proof of identity and original cash memo(s) relevant to the qualifying purchase(s) for the entry into the promotional scheme. The winner will be deemed to accept the prize only upon the completion of the formalities.

• 16. SSL reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms & conditions or to replace wholly or in part this promotional scheme by another scheme whether similar to this promotional scheme or not or to withdraw this promotional scheme altogether without any notice.

• 17. Participants and / or the winner will not hold SSL responsible and/ or liable for any actions, claims, demands, damages defects, deficiency, losses, costs, charges and expenses which a participant and / or winner may suffer, sustain or incur by way of the promotional scheme or connected with the prizes, gifts or their collection, use, operation and / or application.

• 18. In the event on non-happening of the promotional scheme for reasons beyond anybody’s control or due to the Act of God, then neither SSL, nor its Directors, Managers, staff, employees, agents, Reliance Jewels nor their agents, successors or assigns shall be liable to all or any of the customers and / or participants and / or the winners and/ or any other person associated with this promotional scheme.

• 19. This promotional scheme is brought to you solely by EaseMyTrip and in the event on non-happening of the promotional scheme for reasons beyond anybody’s control or due to the Act of God, then neither SSL, nor its Directors, Managers, staff, employees, agents, sponsors nor their agents, successors or assigns shall be liable to all or any of the customers.

• 20. All winners will be notified individually as per the details provided by the participants to SSL in the lucky draw coupon and a list of winners will be displayed in the said stores.

• 21. Upon being intimated the winners must complete and execute all the necessary documentation, indemnity formalities, liability agreement and writings as required by SSL and/ or EaseMyTrip which will be informed to the winner at the time the prize is being offered.

• 22. The value of prize stated at the time of the lucky draw is declared by EaseMyTrip and SSL does not undertake any responsibility for the same.

• 23. All the merchandise at the said Store are available outside the Promotional scheme also and the customer shall participate in this promotional scheme at its sole discretion

• 24. Dispute arising from the above promotional scheme is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.

How to avail offer

• 1. To avail the offer, users will have to book Flights for their preferred destination.

What else do you need to know?

• 1. The offer is valid twice per user (once on flight booking and once on hotel booking).
• 2. Customers will get INR 500 OFF* for 1 pax, INR 1000 OFF* for 2 pax and INR 1500 OFF* for 3 pax on flight bookings.
• 3. The minimum booking amount to avail the offer on selected hotels is INR 10,000.
• 4. The offer is valid on all platforms (desktop, mobile site, ios and android apps)
• 5. The offer is valid on both domestic and international flights.
• 6. Bookings with the valid promo codes will be only eligible for this offer.
• 7. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on EaseMyTrip.
•  8. In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and discount will be rolled back before processing the refunds.
• 9. Child / infant discount, date or flight change, refund charges, weekend surcharge, black out period, travel restrictions and / or flight restriction will be also applicable as per the fare rule.
• 10. Changes in flights and dates are allowed with changed fees and fare differences.
• 11. Changes in names are not allowed.

• 1. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers.
• 2. EaseMyTrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.

• 4. In the event of any dispute, the Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
• 5. EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• 6. EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure.
