Measurement Guide - Neck: Place a measuring tape snugle around your neck to measure the collar/neck.

Shoulder: Measure from one tip of the shoulder to the other from behind the neck.

Sleeve: Measure the sleeve length from the tip of a shoulder to the wrists. If needed measure around the wrist for full sleeved shirts.

*Biceps: Keeping your arms relaxed, measure around the biceps (fullest part of the upper arm).

Chest: Stand straight and keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor, go around the body to measure the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: Identify your natural waist size by placing a measuring tape around the slimmest part between your chest and hips.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
