How is service card delivered?
Service card is delivered to the same shipping address as mentioned while placing the order.
Where can I redeem service card?
Service card is redeemable only on MAC merchandise at selected MAC Stores

No, service card cannot be redeemed on shoppers stop website. Service card is redeemable only on MAC merchandise at selected MAC Stores
Can more value be added to a service card?
No, once a service card has been purchased, the value on it cannot be increased or reduced.
Can I return or refund a service card?
No, it is non-refundable. Also, service card is not redeemable against cash, credit or any form of gift voucher. No change shall be given for any remaining value available on the card. Any unused balance will remain on your card.
How many times can I use my service card?
The entire amount in the service card has to be used at one go whenever you avail the service at select MAC Stores
How can I book an appointment for service card?
You need to make a call and take an appointment at selected MAC Stores

What if a service card is lost or stolen?
f the service card is lost or stolen, neither will a new card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.

- MAC Service card offers preloaded value according to the selected services.
- MAC Service card is valid for a period of one year from its date of activation. Date of activation is the same as bill date mentioned on the invoice.
- MAC Service card is redeemable only on listed MAC Services at selected MAC Stores with prior appointment only. Stores and Services are mentioned on the product description page.
- MAC Service card cannot be redeemed on our online store - www.shoppersstop.com.
- MAC Service card is not redeemable against cash, credit or any form of gift voucher. No change shall be given for any remaining value available on the card. Any unused balance will remain on your card.
- If the card is lost or stolen, neither will a new card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
