Shoulder: Measure from one tip of the shoulder to the other from behind the neck

Sleeve: Measure the sleeve length from the tip of a shoulder to the wrists.

Chest: Stand straight and keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor, go around the body to measure the fullest part of your chest.

Length: Measure from the base of the back of the neck to the hem of the garment.

Waist: Identify your natural waist size by placing a measuring tape around the slimmest part between your chest and hips.
