- The top three spenders until 15th December, 2024 will be rewarded with 5-nights 6-days couple's trip to Europe.
- The prize covers only round-trip airfare to the destination and accommodations for couple.
- Any additional member for this trip apart from2 people/couple will be borne by the respective individuals.
- Winners are responsible to arrange for all visa fees, meals, and any other additional expenses incurred during the trip. – winners will sign an agreement with ssl after anyone qualify under top spenders .
- Shoppers Stop is not liable for any incidents that may arise during the trip.
- Shoppers Stop will not be accountable for any flight cancellations caused by airlines due to natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
- The offer of ₹5,000 E-Gift voucher on purchase of Rs.51,000 is valid until December 15th, 2024.
- The wedding card must not feature any old dates on the day of the arrival at the shoppers Shop Stores, all the dates must be after 4th November.
- Offers cannot be clubbed with any/multiple offers.

- The decision of Shoppers Stop with respect to the winners shall be final and binding
direct friends, family members of Shoppers Stop employees including the current employees and ex-employees of Shoppers Stop are not eligible to participate in the Offer. Agencies, Service Providers of Shoppers Stop and their family members are also not eligible to participate under this Promotional Scheme.
- Winners shall claim by the reward within 3 weeks days as intimated by Shoppers Stop to such winners, failing which the reward shall be given away to another back up winner.
- Shoppers Stop shall make 3 attempts to reach each out the winner. In case the winner is not traceable or not reachable or does not receive the call for any reason whatsoever than in such event the same prize shall be issued to another back up winner.
- Reward once claimed cannot be transferred and cannot be substituted for cash.
- Purchases through use of discount coupons, point certificates and credit notes do not make one eligible to participate in the Offer. A spender is eligible to participate in the offer on redemption of Gift vouchers/Gift cards, but not on purchase of the same.

- Participants and / or the winner will not hold Shoppers Stop responsible and/ or liable for any actions, claims, demands, damages defects, deficiency, losses, costs, charges and expenses which a participant and / or winner may suffer, sustain or incur by way of the offer or connected with the reward.
- All winners will be notified over the registered phone number provided by the winner.
