Terms & Conditions For Personal Shopper At Home

  • The Personal Shopper Home Service (“Service”) is provided by Shoppers Stop Limited (SSL) for its customers (Customers) to enable them to shop for merchandise/products (Products) from home or from any other place without personally visiting the SSL stores (stores).
  • This Service is available with prior appointment only. For taking an appointment, the Customer has to call at the dedicated SSL call center number 1800-419-6648. The Customers shall be given the contact details of the SSL’s Personal Shopper (Personal Shopper) who shall get in touch with the Customer.
  • This Service is available Free of Charge for the Customers of SSL.
  • Under this Service, Customer is required to state its requirements and specifications to SSL’s dedicated Personal Shopper regarding the Product it wishes to purchase. Based on the Customers’ requirements, Personal Shopper shall send pictures of the Product to be selected by the Customers. Personal Shopper shall then visit the Customer at the address provided along with the selected Product(s).
  • Customers are under no obligation to purchase any items recommended by the Personal Shopper and should a Customer do so, they do so entirely at their own discretion. SSL’s normal exchange policy will apply to any purchases made hereunder.
  • Customer shall make payment through such mode as instructed by the call center executives at the time of appointment or as may be informed by SSL’s dedicated Personal Shopper.
  • This Service is not available for selected merchandise/Products. Details of the same shall be made available by the call center executives or SSL’s dedicated Personal Shopper.
  • This Service is available only at selected stores of SSL and selected areas which shall be updated by SSL from time to time and the availability of the said Service at any given location shall be confirmed by the call center executives of SSL at the time of appointment.
  • Appointments are subject to the availability of the Personal Shopper and the Product(s).
  • Appointments will be confirmed by the call center executives to the Customers.
  • The Customer availing the Service has to ensure his/ her availability at the given time slot and at the given location failing which, Personal Shoppers will try reaching the Customer. In case they are unable to be contacted, Personal Shoppers shall leave immediately and the appointment shall be deemed to be cancelled.
  • Appointments can be fixed for all days of a week between 11am to 5pm only. Appointments on weekends shall be subject to availability.
  • SSL may restrict the number of people allowed to avail the Services at its discretion.
  • Personal Shoppers are available to give Product advice as part of the Service only.
  • Cancellations by Customers must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. For re-booking, fresh appointment needs to be taken.
  • In case of cancellation by SSL, Personal Shoppers will call and inform the Customer about the same. Incase Personal Shoppers is not able to reach the Customer, they shall send an SMS and inform.
  • SSL reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, terminate or refuse to schedule an appointment for the Service for any reason at its sole discretion, including in events or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Customers’ personal data submitted in connection with the Service will be retained by SSL in order to provide the Service. All such personal data will be processed by SSL in accordance with its privacy policy available at https://www.shoppersstop.com/privacy

  • By using the Services, Customers agree to these terms and conditions.
  • SSL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
  • Any dispute in relation to the Services shall be governed by Indian Laws having Mumbai Jurisdiction.
