6.     •Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Such participation is voluntary and is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.
    • In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Reward Points/ CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the Reward points/ CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C

      ICICI Bank Offer Terms and Conditions: 

      • ICICI Bank cardholder has to transact at Alliance Partner retail outlet or website for a minimum of Rs 7,500 or Rs 4,000 respectively (net transaction value) to qualify for the instant discount / cashback, as applicable.
      • Offer will be applicable on ICICI Bank credit card, debit card, credit card EMI, & debit card EMI transaction only.
      • Offer will also be applicable on Amazon Pay credit card.
      • Offer is valid only once per card during the offer period.
      • A customer can avail the benefit (discount/cashback) for the first valid transaction only in the Offer Period. Subsequent transactions shall not be applicable for benefit (discount/cashback).
      • Benefit (discount/cashback) applicable only for the first valid transaction, which is fulfilling all conditions including net transaction value as mentioned in offer details.
      • Net transaction value shall mean the retail price of the products purchased less discount offered to the card holders at the Alliance Partner Stores or website.
      • The discount/cashback is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same.
      • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer.
      • The Offer will be valid during the Offer Period only which will be at the sole discretion of Shoppers Stop and ICICI Bank.

      Shoppers Stop shall not be liable, in case, of any misuse or fraudulent use of the Card during the Offer Period and/ or if any Customer/ Card member defaults in paying the purchase amount to the ICICI Bank or in case of chargebacks.
