  4. Any issues relating to the transactions of the promotional scheme will have to be supported by the original cash memo(s).
  5. Upon being offered the Bedsheet/ Bed in a Bag, if required customer must complete and execute all the necessary documentation, indemnities, liability agreement and writings as required by SSL. The customer will be deemed to have accepted the Bedsheet/ Bed in a Bag only upon the completion of the formalities and on paying the requisite special price as mentioned in the promotional scheme.
  6. Customers who become eligible for the Bedsheet/ Bed in a Bag will have to collect the same from the store (only where the Promotional scheme is valid) on the day of purchase. The Bedsheet/ Bed in a Bag shall not be couriered or home delivered.
  7. Customer must claim the Bedsheet/ Bed on the day of fulfilling eligible purchase criteria.
  8. The Promotional scheme is valid from 17th October 2020 to 22nd November 2020 or until stocks last, whichever is earlier.
  9. Customers will be given the Bedsheet/ Bed in a Bag only from the assortment available for the promotion at the store, at that point of time only.
  10. The Bedsheet/ Bed in a Bag, once taken cannot be encashed, exchanged or returned.
  11. No 2 offers can be clubbed.

  1. This offer is valid in India during the offer period and is open to all existing Shoppers Stop Limited's (Shoppers Stop/ SSL) First Citizen members availing the offer (members) by purchasing the merchandise (billed by Shoppers Stop Ltd.) as stated in the offer from the stores of SSL called Shoppers Stop (including Airport Stores), HomeStop, Arcelia, MAC, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown & Smashbox, located all across India. Terms and Conditions First Citizen Citi Credit Card Festive Campaign Offer – October’2020

Offer Details:

Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank/Citi”) and Shoppers Stop Ltd. are jointly launching an Offer (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) during the below mentioned Offer Term which is being extended to all individuals who are holders of First Citizen Citi Credit Cards (hereinafter referred to as “FCC Cards”) issued in India (hereinafter referred to “FCC Cardholder/ Cardmember”), the details of which are as under:.

  • In case of any return/refund/partial or full cancellation of the purchase (at Shoppers stop as well as other affiliated stores, website & mobile app) is initiated by the customer within 45 Days from the transaction date (during & outside the Offer Term) then the net transaction amount will be considered to provide cashback to the customer after accounting for such cancellations/returns/refunds.
  • Maximum cash back per FCC Card will be  ₹ 2000/- only
  • Cashback amount shall be credited on or before 90 business days from the date of completion of the campaign to all open and active card members' account only. The timeline provided for effective credit is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.

Offer Terms and Conditions:

  • This Offer is valid on all FCC Cards issued in India.
  • Add-on FCC cards will be treated as separate cards.

  • Maximum cash back per FCC Card will be ₹ 2000/- only for transactions done during the Offer Term at Shoppers Stop & Home Stop stores / website / app.
  • The Offer is applicable at the participating Shoppers Stop Limited (Shoppers Stop) stores across India including Shoppers Stop Airport Stores, HomeStop Stores and Mothercare as well as Shopper Stop website & mobile app. Identification of the stores/transactions is basis details provided by Shoppers Stop Limited.
  • The cash back will not be applicable on purchases made through any First Citizen Points, Instant redemption of Citi reward points, Shoppers Stop Gift Vouchers, Shoppers Stop Gift Cards, Shoppers Stop Electronic Gift Voucher or any other gift voucher, Cash and Credit Note. Cashback shall be provided only when customers choose First Citizen Citi Credit Card as the only mode of payment at the time shopping at Shoppers Stop stores/website/mobile app.
  • The Offer is not valid for any purchases done at Crossword and at Crossword website, i.e., https://www.crossword.in/
  • During the Offer period, in the event of double swipe of FCC Card, and wherein, the complete transaction amount is refunded to the Cardmember’s FCC Card, then such Cardmembers shall not be eligible to receive the cashback for the said amount.
  • Citibank’s computation of cashback shall be final, conclusive and binding on Card member’s and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned, save and except in case of manifest error.
  • In the event orders/transactions are cancelled/refunded/returned (fully/partially) with 45 Days from the transaction date (during & outside the Offer Term), the customer will be provided cashback on the original order/transaction (within the “Offer Term”) basis the net transaction value after accounting for such cancellations/refunds/returns.
  • The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers at the Shoppers Stop Stores/website/app except for select ongoing Citibank & Shoppers Stop Co-Brand card offers which shall be at the discretion of Shoppers Stop and/or Citibank.
  • Citibank and Shoppers Stop jointly reserve their right to add, alter, modify, change or vary, extend or terminate any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any point of time without prior notice and without assigning any reason or giving any intimation whatsoever.
  • Shoppers Stop shall not be liable, in case any Cardmember defaults in paying the purchase amount to Citibank.
  • The Offer is brought to the FCC Card member’s solely by Citibank. Any dispute regarding cash back under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Card member’s directly to Citibank. Shoppers Stop will not entertain any communication in this regard. Any query/contention/dispute raised by any Cardmember to Shoppers Stop with regards to the Offer shall be forwarded to Citibank who shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/contentions/disputes within reasonable time.
  • Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products/services in relation to the Products/Services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Cardmember directly to Shoppers Stop. Citibank will not entertain any communication in this regard. Standard Terms & Conditions of Shoppers Stop shall also be applicable in addition to these Terms & Conditions stated in here.
  • In case of any disputes relating to the transactions arising under the Offer forwarded by a Cardmember to Citibank, the Cardmember will be required to furnish the original charge slip(s) within 120 days of completion of offer term.
  • In the event of non-happening, cancellation or partial  happening or delay or anything to be done in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed for reasons, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or Shoppers Stop or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character, then , neither Citibank or Shoppers Stop nor their respective agents, sponsors nor their agent, successors or assigns shall be liable to any of the Card member’s participating in the Offer for the same to the extent so prevented or cancelled or delayed, and neither Citibank nor Shoppers Stop shall be liable for any consequences arising thereafter.
  • By participating in the Offer, the Card member’s shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • All other expenses, if any, including all taxes as may be applicable under the applicable laws of India and all local levies are to be borne by the Card member’s participating in the Offer.
  • The Offer is valid only if the Cardmember continue to be in good standing and payment continues to reach Citibank before the payment due date.
  • Citibank or Shoppers Stop or their group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, shall not be responsible for or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, sustained or incurred to a Card Member, directly or indirectly, by availing this Offer and/or due to use or non-use of products/services availed of under this Offer.

  • First Citizen Reward Points cannot be earned on discounted merchandise.   • Any TAT committed with respect to posting of Reward Points/ CashBack for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of posting; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.
  • In case of delay in posting or non-posting of Reward Points/ CashBack if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & have the Reward points/ CashBack posted if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C
