Terms and Conditions for Caprese Women’s Day Promotion Offer

• Customer shall purchase a Caprese product/s worth Rs.1,999/-* or above & the net billing value shall be Rs.1,999/- or above
• Once the eligible customer makes the payment he/she will receive 3 vouchers that is 1) O2 spa; 2) Barbeque Nation and 3) Ferns n Petals
• In addition to the above vouchers 50 lucky winners will get a chance to win 3 additional vouchers of 1) O2 spa; which can be used for a foot reflexology therapy; 2) Barbeque Nation; complementary lunch or dinner and 3) Ferns n Petals; two complementary voucher of Rs.200/- each.
• These vouchers can be redeemed or used by the customer as per the terms and conditions of that particular voucher.

Terms and Conditions (VIP):

• Customer hereby agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Offer stated herein below.
• Any expenses/ taxes/if applicable in for the redeeming the voucher have to be made or paid by the customer directly to the concerned party.>/li>
• This voucher can neither be exchanged for any other gift/product or cash or cash equivalent.
• Two or more bills cannot be combined or clubbed to avail the offer i.e. single bill value shall be of Rs.1,999/- or above.
• Customer must comply with each and every term/requirement/procedure specified for redeeming the voucher; else the Customer shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled for redemption of the same.
• Customer shall be entitle for only 1 (one) voucher of each party i.e. 1) O2 spa; 2) Barbeque Nation and 3) Ferns n Petals. No customer shall be entitled for more than 1 (one) voucher of these parties.
• The cash back is non-encashable, non-negotiable and not extendable.
• VIP or any of its brand shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, deficiencies, delay , costs or expenses which the customer or any other person may incur to avail this offer or redemption of voucher.
• VIP reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, to add / alter / modify/ change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
• Minimum billing value to get the voucher is Rs. 1,999/-
