• Offer is only valid for the purchases made at all Shoppers Stop stores and online.
• The said offer is valid for all First Citizens.
• To avail the offer, First Citizens will have to satisfy the minimum shopping criteria of net Rs.2000 from Back To Earth, Karrot, FCUK, Jones New York apparel in a single bill during the offer period to get 10X Reward Points (offer)
• The offer will be valid on net Rs. 2000 purchase from either brand and cannot be clubbed across the brand listed
• 10X Reward Points are divided as follows

• X Tier Reward Points
• 9X Bonus Reward Points

• This Offer is valid on eligible purchase made between 1^st – 31^st Oct, 2019 (both days inclusive) (offer period).
• Max bonus reward points given will be 180 for First Citizen Classic Moments, 360 for First Citizen Silver Edge & 540 First Citizen Golden Glow.
• First Citizen Black continue to earn 10% Reward Points on all their purchases. & will not be eligible for this offer.
• Net purchase is defined as purchases made through cash, debit card, credit card, Paytm wallet, ToneTag wallet, Atom wallet, Bajaj Fin EMI or any other valid tender which Shoppers Stop may notify.
• The bonus reward points will be credited in the month of December 2019 & will be valid till 31^st March, 2020
• The bonus reward points once lapsed will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
• The bonus reward points will be redeemable against the brand from which the purchase is made to avail the offer, during offer period only.
• Offer can be availed only once per member per brand during the offer period.
• No two offers can be clubbed.
• Shoppers Stop Ltd. reserves the right to alter/withdraw the Offer at any point of time without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

• Any dispute arising out of this Scheme will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
