We charge a minimum shipping fee of Rs.100/- on an order value less than Rs.900/-. This will be added at the payment page before completing the purchase.

The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

  • As mentioned above, we ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies
  • While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 2-3 days.
  • If your order has multiple items, these may ship separately from different locations in separate shipments. You will receive a separate email if the shipment does not contain all the items that you had ordered.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or at, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

      *Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/netbanking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

Shipping Policy for Ferns N Petals :

  • Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
  • Delivery to take place within 24 hours order confirmation.
  • Ferns N Petals not responsible if delivery may take longer due to:
    • Bad weather
    • Political disruptions
    • Other unforeseen circumstances
  • For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. Shoppers Stop Limited shall not be responsible for the same.
  • Ferns N Petals will consider the order executed in the below cases:
    • Wrong shipping/delivery address.
    • Recipient not available after one attempt.
    • Premises locked.
    • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Delivery to Wedding Halls/Marriages Policy

    • For delivery of order items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, Ferns N Petals may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bridegroom. However, Ferns N Petals shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host.

    Delivery to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises.

    • Ferns N Petals florists are experienced at making deliveries to hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises.

    However, please be aware to make the following information available:

    • Hostel name
    • Full address of the hostel
    • Telephone number of the recipient and the hostel
    • The name of the recipient 
    • Room number of the recipient
  • The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the delivery person. The order can be handed over to security/any other responsible person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.

Delivery at Remote Locations and Towns

  • Orders can be delivered only in the serviceable pin codes. Please check the same on product detail page before placing order. 
  • Please note that flowers, cakes and other perishable products/consumables are sourced locally at the delivery location.
  • Correct address and contact number is a must of the recipient for placing the order.
  • In case of floods/ heavy rains/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/ traffic jams/ festival times/regulated traffic movements or any other impediments/events out of Ferns N Petals or Shoppers Stop Limited’s control may restrict the delivery of the order. Shoppers Stop Limited reserves the right to reschedule the delivery to another date.

The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only once at the address as provided in the order received by Shoppers Stop Limited. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever not attributable to Shoppers Stop Limited the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by Ferns N Petals. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:

  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting /not reachable.
  • Recipient refused the products.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighborhood.
