My Spring Style with SS Contest T&C
Validity – 19th March, 2025 to 31st March 2025
Terms & Conditions
1. My Spring Style with SS contest will run from 19th March, 2025 to 31st March 2025 on Instagram
2. One lucky winner will be selected every week and announced on Shoppers Stop’s Instagram stories, the winner shall receive the gift, delivered via courier.
3. Shoppers Stop will notify the winners and request their contact details via direct message from the official Shoppers Stop Instagram page on the day of the winner announcement, prior to dispatching the gift to their provided address.
4. Shoppers Stop shall attempt the delivery of the gift only once, if the winner is not available to receive the gift, Shoppers Stop shall not be responsible/accountable for the missed delivery.
5. To participate, users must follow all the steps mentioned in the contest post and story.
6. One participant can submit only one entry.
7. If an entry is submitted from a fake account or through a boosted post by media of contestants, Shoppers Stop reserves the right to disqualify the entry without providing any justification to the winner.
8. All posts must be organic and not promoted through paid means.
9. Instagram profiles must remain public for a minimum of 30 days to validate the entry. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
10. Winner selection is at the sole discretion of Shoppers Stop, based on creativity, spring connect, and adherence to contest guidelines.
11. Current and former employees of Shoppers Stop, as well as their direct family members, including spouses, parents, children, and siblings, are not eligible to participate .
12. Employees of agencies, service providers, and vendors associated with Shoppers Stop and their family members are also not eligible.
13. Winners will be notified via Instagram DM.
14. Shoppers Stop will attempt to contact the winner up to three times.
15. If the selected winner fails to respond within 72 hours, is unreachable, or does not claim the prize, an alternate winner will be chosen.
16. If the winner does not receive their gratification within 60 days from the date of the winner announcement, they must raise a claim within this period. Any claims or disputes raised beyond 60 days from the winner announcement will not be considered.
17. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
18. The decision of Shoppers Stop regarding the winners shall be final and binding
19. Participants agree that Shoppers Stop shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims, demands, damages, defects, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the contest or the prize received.
20. Shoppers Stop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the contest.
21. Shoppers Stop reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any part of the contest, including terms and conditions, prizes, or contest duration, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
22. This includes substituting the reward with another item of equal or higher value or withdrawing the contest entirely due to unforeseen circumstances.
23. Any dispute arising from ‘My Spring Style with SS’ contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
24. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above.
25. The Contest is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu.
26. The contest is open exclusively to residents of India.
