Terms & Conditions for Express Delivery

We are pleased to offer Express Delivery, as a faster delivery mode for certain selected products and PIN codes, wherein we shall make our best effort to deliver the products ordered by you on our website or app, within 24 hours of the order-received time. Express Delivery is available only for prepaid orders. 

Please read the following conditions carefully, which you are deemed to have accepted by virtue of you selecting an order for express delivery:

• Express Delivery is applicable to selected products and PIN codes. You may check the serviceability of the PINCODE for Express Delivery before placing an order on the Product Description Page under the Delivery Service tab through the PIN code or on the CART PAGE at the time of placing the order.
• Express Delivery is available only for prepaid payments such as Netbanking, Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets, E-GV, Gift Card, and Shoppers Stop Wallet.
• There are no additional shipping charges incurred for Express Delivery as of now. Only normal Shipping charges of Rs.50 are applicable for an order value equal to or below Rs.999/-
• However, SSBeauty at its sole discretion may levy Express Delivery shipping fees as and when fit and the same deemed will be visible at CHECKOUT under the Order summary as “Delivery Charges.”
• While we strive to deliver the order within the stipulated delivery timeline, in certain scenarios order delivery may be delayed due to operational challenges, regional restrictions, bad weather, flight delays, high volume of shipments during sales, or other unprecedented events. In such case we shall strive to make the delivery at the earliest.
• The Express Delivery is offered by us to you on a best effort basis and in case of the order delivery not being made within 24 hours, your sole right shall be limited to refusal to accept the order, in which case we shall process the refund once the shipment is received back by us. The refund will be processed to the same payment mode that was used while placing the order. 
• We shall not be liable to pay you any compensation for delay in delivery and your sole right in such case shall be limited to refusal to accept delivery.
