Delivery Policy

The expected time taken to dispatch the items in your order is mentioned against each product on the respective product description page.

All items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price as per Indian Tax Regulations.

For Standard Delivery the minimum shipping fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty) will be charged for an order value equal to or below Rs.499/- (Rupees four hundred and ninety-nine) and will be added on the payment page before completing the purchase.

Currently, we do not deliver orders outside India.

We deliver the products with the help of our registered courier partners such as

Bluedart Courier (www.bluedart.com),

Delhivery Courier (www.delhivery.com)

EcomExpress (www.excomexpress.in)

Shoppers Stop offers three modes of delivery to ship orders.

1) Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3-5 working days from the order date
2) Express Store Pick-Up: Self pick-up from the selected SSBeauty or Shoppers Stop Store

If the products are being specially procured from Shoppers Stop stores outside your state, it may take 7-10 working days for standard delivery.

If your order has multiple products, these may get shipped from different locations in separate shipments and you will be notified via email communication regarding the same.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order completely, we shall cancel the remaining undelivered part of the order and send an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the undelivered part of the order shall be refunded to the same mode that the payment was made in.

For prepaid payments, you shall receive your money in the original mode that was used at the time of purchase. For payments made via cash on delivery mode, a refund is not applicable.

If you believe that the outer packaging of your order is not in good condition, has been tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery and write to us on customercare@shoppersstop.com informing you of the same and we shall arrange for refund of your order at the earliest.

If you have accepted the delivery of your order and then noticed that it is not in good condition, is damaged, defective, incorrect or there is a discrepancy in order delivery, we request you write to us on customercare@shoppersstop.com and share images of the product and packaging within 2 working days from the date of receipt of delivery SMS or email communication. Your request shall not be accepted if this is not done within the stipulated period mentioned.

If you claim of non-receipt/non-delivery of your order, we request you to notify us within 2 working days from the date of receipt of delivery SMS or email communication, else we shall construe that your order is delivered to you. Any request raised after the stipulated period will not be accepted.

In case our courier partner is unable to deliver your order within the stipulated timeframe, the shipment will be returned to us (RTO) and a refund will be processed in the same payment mode that was used while placing the order. For orders placed via COD, refunds are not applicable.
