How is gift card delivered?

Gift card is delivered to the same shipping address as mentioned while placing the order.

No, gift card cannot be redeemed on shoppers stop website. Gift card is redeemable only on MAC merchandise at selected MAC Stores

Can more value be added to a gift card?

No, once a gift card has been purchased, the value on it cannot be added or reduced.

Can I return or refund a gift card?

No, it is non-refundable. Also, gift card is not redeemable against cash, credit or any form of gift voucher. No change shall be given for any remaining value available on the card. Any unused balance will remain on your card.

How many times can I use my gift card?

You can use your gift card in store one or more times until the balance reaches zero or expired.

How can I check the gift card balance, expiry date and transaction history?

You can check your gift card balance and expiry date at selected MAC Stores

What should I do if my gift card is damaged?

If your gift card is damaged, please get it checked at selected MAC Stores

What if a gift card is lost or stolen?

If the card is lost or stolen, neither will a new card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.

Terms & Conditions for MAC Gift Cards

• Minimum purchase value for a MAC Gift card is Rs.500/-
• MAC Gift card is valid for a period of one year from its date of activation. Date of activation is the same as bill date mentioned on the invoice.
• MAC Gift card is redeemable only on MAC merchandise at selected MAC Stores.
• MAC Gift card cannot be redeemed on our online store - www.shoppersstop.com.
• MAC Gift card is not redeemable against cash, credit or any form of gift voucher. No change shall be given for any remaining value available on the card. Any unused balance will remain on your card.
• If the card is lost or stolen, neither will a new card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
• Shoppers Stop Limited shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this card. The holder of this card shall be solely. responsible for the safe custody of the card and the credentials mentioned on it.
• No duplicate/add on card will be issued.
• MAC Gift card is the property of Shoppers Stop Limited to whom it should be returned on request.
• Shoppers Stop Limited reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
