1.The offer is valid in 10 cities, and vouchers will be issued exclusively in these cities.
2.The offer is only applicable to Shoppers Stop First Citizen Club members.
3.This offer is valid in India during the offer period and is open to all existing Shoppers Stop Limited's (Shoppers Stop/ SSL) FIRST CITIZEN CLUB members to avail the offer (members) by purchasing the merchandise (billed by Shoppers Stop Ltd.) as stated in the offer from the stores of SSL called Shoppers Stop (mentioned to above location only).
4.This offer is open only to all First Citizen Club who are Indian Citizens residing in India (Members). This offer is valid for purchases from 07/03/2025 to 16/03/2025 (both days inclusive) (offer period) .
5.Members availing the offer as stated herein (offer), during the offer period are eligible for Gift Voucher of Rs 750 on shopping of Rs 10000 for 10 cities Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi
6.Net purchase is defined as purchases made through cash, debit card, credit card, Paytm wallet, Freecharge wallet, ToneTag wallet, Atom wallet, Bajaj Fin EMI or any other valid tender which Shoppers Stop may notify.
7.Redemption of GV ( Rs 750 ) can be done across all SS, HS, ELCA stores ( except GSSB & Intune )
8.The unconditional Rs 750 GV will be sent next day via SMS/WA to customer, the SMS/WA will contain coupon code, customer need to show the coupon code it avail the offer .
9.The coupon codes are already mapped in POS for redemption.
10.The GV cannot be claimed for purchases of Giva Gold, Limelight, Nebula, Fiona, Ayanika, pure gold jewelry, Gold & Platinum Coins/Bars, shopping bags, First Citizen Membership, Ethos Watches and certain other categories at stores. Details are available at the First Citizen Desk at stores of SSL.
11.The Gift voucher cannot be substituted for cash or other articles or cannot be revalidated if not used.
12.Any issues relating to the transactions of the offer will have to be supported by the original cash memo(s).
13.Beyond the stated Gift voucher SSL shall not be responsible for any liability whatsoever under this offer.
14. Member must redeem the Gift voucher on or before 31st March 2025 from the stores. No claims for redemption of Gift voucher shall be entertained after 31st March 2025 and the Gift voucher shall be deemed to have lapsed automatically.
15. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person/customer.
16.All other expenses, if any, including all taxes as may be applicable under the Indian Laws and all local levies is to be borne by the Customers participating in the offer.
17.The Member will not hold SSL responsible for and/or liable for any actions, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, charges and expenses which a participant may suffer, sustain or incur by way of this Offer.
18.Shoppers Stop Ltd. reserves the right to alter/withdraw the Offer at any point of time without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
19.Standard terms and conditions pertaining to SSL Offer, First Citizen Reward Program & Reward Points redemption will apply.
20.Any dispute arising out of this Scheme will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
