Digital Contest Gifts of Love

1. The Gifts of Love contest will run from 5th February to 14th February 2025 on Instagram.


2. One lucky winner will be selected every day and announced on Shoppers Stop’s Instagram stories, with each winner receiving exclusive GUESS merchandise delivered via courier.


3. Shoppers Stop will notify the winners in advance via direct message from the official Shoppers Stop Instagram page before dispatching the GUESS merchandise to their provided address.



4. Shoppers Stop shall attempt the delivery of the gift only once, if the winner is not available to receive the GUESS merchandise gift, Shoppers Stop shall not be responsible/accountable for the missed delivery.



5. To participate, users must post a memorable picture with someone special on Instagram, tag @shoppers_stop and their loved one in the post, and use the hashtag #GiftsOfLove.



6. After uploading the picture, participants must comment "I have participated" on the contest post.



7. One participant can submit only one entry.



8. Instagram profiles must be public during the contest period for entry validation.
9. Winner selection is at the sole discretion of Shoppers Stop, based on creativity, emotional connection, and adherence to contest guidelines.



10. Current and former employees of Shoppers Stop, as well as their direct family members, including spouses, parents, children, and siblings, are not eligible to participate.



11. Employees of agencies, service providers, and vendors associated with Shoppers Stop and their family members are also not eligible.



12. Winners will be notified via Instagram DM.



13. Shoppers Stop will attempt to contact each winner up to three times.



14. If the selected winner fails to respond within 72 hours, is unreachable, or does not claim the prize, an alternate winner will be chosen.



15. The GUESS merchandise (prize) cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.



16. The decision of Shoppers Stop regarding the winners shall be final and binding.



17. Participants agree that Shoppers Stop shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims, demands, damages, defects, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the contest or the prize received.



18. Shoppers Stop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the contest.



19. Shoppers Stop reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any part of the contest, including terms and conditions, prizes, or contest duration, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.



20. This includes substituting the reward with another item of equal or higher value or withdrawing the contest entirely due to unforeseen circumstances.



21. Any dispute arising from the Gifts of Love contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.



22. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above.



23. The Contest is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu.
