TERMS AND CONDITIONS CYOG ADDITIONAL 2X/3X REWARD POINTS

1. This offer is valid in India during the offer period and is open to all existing Shoppers Stop Limited’s (SSL) First Citizen members (Customers) availing the offer by purchasing, within the offer period, merchandise (available and billed by Shoppers Stop Ltd.) as stated in the offer from stores of SSL called Shoppers Stop (including Airport Stores), HomeStop and Mothercare (Mother stores operated by SSL) located all across India and for shopping done by Customers through SSL’s website, i.e., www.shoppersstop.com (stores).

2. This offer is open only to Customers residing in India. This offer is valid from 01/10/2015 till end of date as notified/decided by SSL (both days inclusive) (offer period).

3. Customers availing the offer as stated herein below (offer), during the offer period are eligible for the Bonus Reward Points, on achieving the nett purchase amount from the stores of SSL as under:-

• a. For 2X Reward points- Purchase of merchandise worth NETT Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) or more in a single transaction will make the Customers eligible to earn 2X reward points on purchases made from that transaction onwards, including the said transaction, till the end of offer period. The Customers eligible for earning 2X reward points, shall continue to earn, during the offer period, the aforesaid 2X reward points irrespective of transaction amount unless they become eligible to earn 3X reward points as per the point (b) herein below.
• b. For 3X Reward points – Customers who fulfil the following two criteria shall be deemed eligible to earn 3X reward points. a) Customer should be eligible to earn 2X reward points b) Customer should also have shopped for a Nett cumulative value of Rs. 30000 during the offer period (after becoming eligible for 2X reward points). Purchases in excess of Rs. 30,000 of customers fulfilling both eligibility criteria will be considered for earning 3X reward points, till the end of the offer period.

4. Customer availing the offer during the offer period will get :

• a. For 2 X reward points - The regular TIER points applicable on the purchase (Regular Reward points), plus the same amount of points credited as Bonus reward points.
• b. For 3X Reward points - The regular TIER points applicable on the purchase (Regular Reward points), plus 2 times the regular points will be credited as Bonus Reward Points.

5. Only the nett cumulative purchase amount, after all exclusions will be taken into consideration for calculating the eligibility of the Bonus Reward Points (for more details refer to the First Citizens Benefit Guide).

6. All business rules, terms and conditions applying to regular reward points will also apply to bonus reward points earned during the Offer period.

7. This offer is not valid for Customers whose First Citizen Membership has expired on, before or during the offer period.

8. The Bonus Reward Points cannot be earned for purchases made through SSL’s Gift Vouchers (GV)/SSL Gift Card (GC)/ SSL Electronic-Gift Vouchers (EGV), Points Certificates, any other point redemption schemes, credit notes, Sodexho Pass/Ticket Gift Vouchers and discount values. A Customer is eligible to participate in the offer on purchase of GV /GC/ EGV.

9. The Bonus Reward Points cannot be claimed for purchases of mobile phones, mobile accessories, laptops, laptop accessories, MP3/MP4 players, iPods, pure gold jewelry, Gold & Platinum Coins/Bars, Apple products, cameras, MAC & Estee Lauder products and certain other categories at stores. Details are available at the First Citizens’ Desk at stores of SSL.

10. The Bonus Reward Points cannot be redeemed against purchases of GV/GC/ EGV of SSL, mobile phones, mobile accessories, laptops, laptop accessories, MP3/MP4 players, iPods, pure gold jewelry, Gold & Platinum Coins/Bars, Apple products, cameras MAC & Estee Lauder products and certain other categories at stores. Details are available at the First Citizens’ Desk at stores of SSL.

11. The Bonus Reward Points cannot be transferred, substituted for cash or other articles and cannot be exchanged or returned.

12. Any issues relating to the transactions of the offer will have to be supported by the original cash memo(s).

13.Beyond the stated Bonus Reward Points, SSL shall not be responsible for any liability whatsoever under this offer.

14. Customer must redeem the Bonus Reward Points on or before March 31, 2016 from the stores. No claims for redemption of Bonus Reward Points shall be entertained after March 31, 2016 and the Bonus Reward Points shall be deemed to have lapsed automatically.

15. Employees of SSL and their dependant family members are not eligible to participate in this offer.

16. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person/customer.

17. All other expenses, if any, including all taxes as may be applicable under the Indian Laws and all local levies is to be borne by the Customers participating in the offer.

18. The Bonus Reward points shall be credited to the Customer account within 15 working days from the date of billing, on best effort basis. If the order is placed through www.shoppersstop.com, the Bonus Reward points shall be credited to the Customer account within 15 working days from the date on which the order is billed and shipped.

19. The Customer will not hold SSL responsible for and/or liable for any actions, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, charges and expenses which a participant may suffer, sustain or incur by way of this Offer.

20. SSL reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms and conditions at any point of time without assigning any reason or any intimation whatsoever.

This offer is being brought to you by SSL. If the offer and/or anything to be done by SSL in respect of the offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of SSL, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of SSL, then neither SSL nor their directors, employees, associates, agents, sponsors nor their agents, successors or assigns shall be liable for any consequences to any of Customers

• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person/customer.

• A Customer without being required to do any further act, shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein.

• The terms and conditions of the offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
