You may pay for your purchases on Shoppersstop.com using one of the following options:

• Valid Credit Cards (VISA or Master)
• Valid Debit Cards (VISA or Master) may be used, if your issuing bank permits you to use these online
• American Express Credit Cards.
• Net Banking (Banks such as ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank, Punjab National Bank etc.)
• First Citizen Reward Points - Members of First Citizen Program can link their Shoppersstop.com registered account with their First Citizen account by submitting filled First Citizen Online Linking form at First Citizen Desk in our stores. For more details please visit My Account section. This facility is available only to the registered customers.
  

• Shoppersstop.com accepts all Visa & Master credit cards and debit cards and is committed to provide a safe transaction environment by using a secure process for payment handling
  
• To enhance security of your payment data, all required transaction details (i.e. credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV etc.) are captured on the secured payment page, and encrypted using Industrial Strength Cipher, and are securely transmitted to your Card Issuing bank for obtaining an authorization decision. At no time during the purchase process or thereafter, does Shoppers Stop Ltd. have access to, or stores, your complete card account information. • For greater security, we have enabled our systems for ‘Verified by VISA’ and ‘Mastercard Secure Code’ facility, applicable to VISA and MASTERCARD respectively. This is an additional security measure necessitating you to enter a password which only you, the card holder, can have access to. Also, Shoppersstop.com does not capture any such passwords and you enter this directly into a bank’s secure system.
• It is not uncommon for a request for credit / debit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. This happens due to problems with your card issuing banks servers. You must try again till you get a successful notification.
• At times the bank’s payment servers or your issuing banks payment servers may be down, in which case a message will be posted informing you of the same. Under such circumstances, you can continue shopping and add items to the bag which would then be saved and you can come back later and complete the payment transaction within 24 hours.
• If you are using a card issued by a bank outside India to place your order and if your card is not registered for ‘Verified by Visa’ or ‘Mastercard Secure Code’ facility, you would have to send us a scanned copy of the Front side of the card used to place the order. The scanned copy should be sent to estore@shoppersstop.com . Please mention your Order reference number in the subject line of the email.
• Payment on your card bill will appear in your local currency (as per the norms of your card issuing bank). Your card will be charged in Indian currency as per prevailing rate of exchange and charge policies of your card issuer.

• You can make a payment through Net Banking directly from your Bank account. It works just like you make payments from your bank account.
• On the Billing Information page choose Net Banking from the payment options and select your preferred bank from the drop down and click on ‘Place Order' button at the bottom
• You will be diverted to your Bank’s login page from where you can login using your Net Banking login id and password and complete the payment. After the payment is successfully completed you will be diverted back to our site where your order confirmation will be generated.

• At no point during the transaction, does Shoppers Stop captures or stores your full bank account or Net Banking details. We process the order based on the confirmation received from your bank

• If you are a member of First Citizen program and wish to redeem your First Citizen Reward Points, you will need to first link your First Citizen membership with the online account. Steps to request linking:
  
• Fill the First Citizen Online Linking form available at all stores at First Citizen Desk or can be downloaded online from My Account section at Shoppersstop.com
• Submit the filled First Citizen Online Linking form at First Citizen Desk in your nearest Shoppers Stop store or courier it to the following address:

• We will send you a confirmation e-mail on your registered e-mail address after your account is linked.
• When you choose to redeem online, your credit/debit card will be authorized for the full value of your order, even if you have chosen to pay partly or fully by First Citizen reward points redemption. If at the time of shipping your order, the reward point balance which you have chosen to redeem is available, then only the excess amount, if any, shall be charged to your credit/debit card.
• However, if the reward point balance is insufficient at the time of shipping your order, your credit / debit card shall be charged for the shortfall in reward point balance.
• Under no circumstances will you be charged for more than the total order value.
  
• Customers who enroll online for First Citizen Program of Shoppers Stop (fees as applicable) are auto linked for online redemptions and do not have to submit the request again. (Registration with Shopperstop.com does not make you eligible for First Citizen benefits, until you enroll for the First Citizen program)
  

• We will shortly be introducing e-gift vouchers – a unique way of online gifting, which allows the flexibility and convenience of standard gift vouchers for use on Shoppersstop.com only
• We do not accept physical Gift vouchers at Shoppersstop.com (i.e. the ones issued in our stores).
